Fintech LaunchPath provides regulatory classification information for fintech ideas in Saudi Arabia through a WhatsApp conversation: an initial classification preview (free) and, optionally, paid reports and monitoring as described on the Pricing page.

Fintech LaunchPath is not a licensed financial, legal, or investment advisor, and nothing in the service constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice. Classifications and reports are informational: they tell you which regulator most likely applies to the activity you described and what the licensing path generally looks like. Regulatory decisions rest solely with the regulators (SAMA, CMA), and you should consult licensed professionals before acting.
Accuracy of your answers
Classifications are based on the answers you provide. If your answers are incomplete or inaccurate, the classification may not reflect your actual activity.
Payments
Paid tiers are charged in Saudi Riyal (SAR) through our payment provider inside the WhatsApp conversation. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and confirmed in the chat before any charge.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintech LaunchPath is not liable for decisions you make based on the information provided, including regulatory outcomes, licensing decisions, or business results.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
