Privacy Policy

Who we are
Fintech LaunchPath ("we") operates a WhatsApp-based service that helps founders understand which Saudi financial regulator applies to their idea. This policy describes exactly what data we handle and how — in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the content of the messages you send us — including your answers to the classification questions.
If you purchase a report, payment is processed by our payment provider inside the conversation; we do not receive or store your card details.
How we store it
Phone numbers are stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We never store your phone number in plaintext.
Conversation history is stored so the assistant can keep context within your session and so we can generate your report.
Deleting your data
You can request deletion at any time by sending "Delete my data" (or "احذف بياناتي") in the WhatsApp conversation.
We want to be precise about what deletion means: after a delete request, your conversation history is retained only in hashed/masked form — a PDPL-aligned soft-delete, not a physical erasure of every record.
In addition, a non-reversible salted hash of your phone number is retained even after deletion. This hash cannot be turned back into your number; its only purpose is to let the system recognize that a returning number has interacted with us before.
WhatsApp and Meta
Because the service runs on WhatsApp, the content of your messages is also subject to Meta's own data handling. We encourage you to review the WhatsApp Privacy Policy at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.
